Registration & Tuition

An online registration form can be completed here.
You will not be officially enrolled until we receive your completed tuition policy form along with the first month's tuition fee of $35. Paper copies of the tuition policy form will be available to complete at registration night on August 24th, 2026.
Contact us to find out about tuition and/or instrument assistance. Limited, need-based scholarship funds may be available for tuition each year.

Tuition

Cost

$280/year for one class per week from September-April

*Full amount can be paid at registration night or monthly payments ($35/month) can be made the first class of each month. All payments made by check or cash.

Cancellation Policy

If Boyle County Schools are closed for any reason, we will not have class. No refunds issued, but make-up classes are scheduled on our yearly calendar.

Program Withdrawal

Students must inform instructor or board of intention to withdrawal by October 12th, 2026. Any student who withdrawals after that date will not receive a September tuition refund.

Class Items Needed

1. An Instrument

Students are responsible for providing and maintaining their own instrument.

2. A Course Book

Determined by the instructor for student to purchase.

3. A HASP Polo

Provided for students to wear for performances. In addition, students will need black slacks/skirts (with black tights/leggings) and black/brown dress shoes. No sandals please.

4. A Music Stand

Used to practice at home. Stands are provided for use in class.
